How to Connect Bluetooth®* to a Mercedes-Benz Automobile

The Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth®* setup is a snap when you know how to do it. Lots of our Blue Ash customers have been able to do it quite easily. Just follow these steps on Bluetooth®* pairing to your car’s infotainment system.

• Turn the ignition to “on.”
• Choose the “Telephone Settings” on the infotainment display.
• Make sure your phone is on and awake.
• When you see “Ready for Bluetooth®* Telephony… (No Phone Authorized)” displayed on the screen, turn on the Bluetooth®* settings on your phone. Make sure that your phone is visible/discoverable to Bluetooth®*.
• Choose “Connect Device” on your Mercedes-Benz infotainment display.
• Choose “Search for Phones” on the infotainment display next.
• Find the name of your device on the infotainment display and tap it.
• The 6-digit Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth®* pairing code should now show up on the infotainment screen and in a notification on your smartphone.
• If the Mercedes-Benz Bluetooth®* pairing codes match, tap “Pair” on your phone.
• The name of your device should be displayed on the bottom of the Mercedes-Benz screen once Bluetooth®* pairing is successful.
