Home Charging
Mercedes-Benz EVs use a Type 2 connector for home charging. The Mobile Flex Charging Cable, equipped in every all-electric and plug-in hybrid Mercedes-Benz vehicle model year 2024 and newer, has two interchangeable plugs: one for a standard household outlet (Level 1), and one for faster charging from a dedicated 240V outlet (Level 2).
Setting up a Level 2 home charging station like the Level-2 Mercedes-Benz Wallbox can be a convenient and efficient way to charge your Mercedes-Benz EV adding up to 30 miles of range per hour. It can fully charge your vehicle overnight, ensuring it’s ready to go when you are.
